We are able to access support from other professional services when required to further ensure all care needs are met.

Our Recreational Activities Officers encourage resident involvement in the design of our Lifestyle Program. Residents can participate in creative projects like flower arranging or activities which improve their physical strength, mobility and general well-being. The lounge, dining area and courtyard are welcoming places where residents can enjoy the company of family and friends or simply relax with a cup of tea or a good book. The Mackay Home provides residents with an individual room with en-suite facilities. Each room also has access to television & telephone service, pay TV and a complimentary Wi-Fi service.

The Mackay Home provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere within a home-like environment, with access to dining and sitting areas at any time, day, or night. Residents will enjoy having their own kitchen, an open plan lounge and dining area and other comforts a home can offer like landscaped gardens, outdoor furniture, and courtyard. Residents also have access to a chapel, activities room, private function room and hairdresser along with podiatry and physiotherapy, pharmacy, medical services and Gymnasium facilities under professional supervision.
